"Up To Snuff" Almost Complete

Editing for the short film "Up To Snuff" is (finally!) almost complete. Due to circumstances, most of the remaining parts of filming have only recently been completed, with the rest of the footage to be shot on August 20th.

Afterwards, the focus will be on wrapping up editing of "The Death Of Blesseder Smith" (if not done next week) and finishing up "Another Hitchhiker" and a couple of effects for "Lake Fire".

Also on August 20th, primary filming for another short from "The Hillplains Chronicles" ("So I Made A Zombie Or Two") is scheduled.

Mid to late Fall will be the time to finish the feature-length "The Barrows Man".

Thanks again to everyone who is making these films "happen" - and for those who have expressed interest in future projects, such as another collection of short films for anyone who has ever been creeped out by a clown - or if you like clowns, hey, it's got 'em! - "Coulrophobia". The series will focus on some "clown horror" aspects which (to our knowledge) haven't been done. And of course, there'll be a killer clown or two, so it won't all be unfamiliar. Tentative titles for some of the shorts are: "The Clown Stalks At Midnight", "For Unlawful Carny Knowledge" and "Grave Laughter".

Editing Party!

With several more of the short movies ("The Hillplains Chronicles") reaching the end of primary or secondary filming, it's almost time (at the end of August) for StageFrightz to concentrate on editing what we have so far, then this fall wrap up the final 2 films for the collection.

Afterwards, the focus will be on finishing the revised "The Barrows Man" feature-length film.
